Introducing the ShareBack System!
The ShareBack System allows you to embed a report-specific link into your website that will direct your users to pull, pay for, and supply their own business credit report to you, through our secure web platform that prevents the report from being tampered with or falsified in any way. The ShareBack System is available, free, to all BCR customers!
Here is how it works:
- Create an account with us for secure access
- Login to our secure web platform
- Click on the blue “Invite” button located at the top of the page
- Click the “Copy Invite Link” tab
- Select the report you would like your applicants to supply
- A unique Link will be generated based on the report selected
- Distribute the Link to your applicants. Common approaches are:
- Sending your applicants the link via email
- Embedding the link into a page on your website
- Embedding the link into documents for distribution
When your applicants use the link, they will be directed to create an account, login, and order your preferred report on their own company. Once they have ordered and paid for the report, they will be prompted to Share the report Back to your account. This will securely store the report in your “My Report History” located at the top of the web platform, and you will receive an email notification to let you know that it is available.
